3 Spring Smoothie Recipes

As the warmer, spring weather hits, here are our favourite smoothie tips and recipes to make at any time of the day!


Banana Cinnamon

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 300ml of milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 10g honey
  • Optional: protein powder of your choice

Tropical Paradise

  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 20g coconut milk
  • 200ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • Optional: 10g honey

Green Machine

  • 1 handful fresh Spinach
  • 1 handful fresh Kale
  • 250ml Coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ an Avocado
  • 100g Pineapple
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 4 dates
  • Optional: 1tsp spirulina or any greens powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, and you’re ready to GO! Depending on your blender and desired consistency, you may need to add more liquid than listed.

Extra Tips:

  • Add in leafy greens like kale or spinach – you cannot taste it, and perfect way to get some extra greens into your kids! You can also add in some fresh zucchini or cauliflower.
  • Using coconut water as the base liquid is a great way to add extra flavour and nutrients
  • Adding yoghurt to your smoothie will add extra flavour and protein
