How to Enter starting 27th February

  1. Entrants must sign up to the Red Dot Members Club on the website.
  2. Entrants must like the Red Dot Facebook page or Instagram page.
  3. Entrants must tag a friend on the Red Dot Facebook or Instagram competition post

The Prize

1st prize – Joanne Valentine from Neat Nix Home Organisation will come out and organise 5 rooms (up to 30 hours) of your home including storage from Red Dot.

2nd prize – Joanne Valentine from Neat Nix Home Organisation will come out and organise 1 room (up to 10 hours) of your home including storage from Red Dot.

3rd prize – Joanne Valentine from Neat Nix Home Organisation will come to your home and organise 1 space (up to 7 hours) of your home (pantry, laundry cupboard, linen closest or similar) including storage from Red Dot.


Terms and Conditions

Entry is only available to residents in Perth, Western Australia who are aged 18 years or older.

The total retail prize value is minimum $5,500 (AUD) and is not redeemable in cash

The prize is for home organisation and does not include decluttering. Neat Nix Home Organisation can provide an optional quote if work exceeds the above limits.

Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies are ineligible to enter.

By entering, the entrant agrees that if they win, they may be included in a post announcing the winner of the competition.

The Winner will be selected at random.

The giveaway ends midnight Monday 10th May 2021.

Winners will be contacted by email or phone no later than Tuesday 11th May 2021.

If the prize is unclaimed within 2 days another winner will be selected at random.

The Promoter

  1. The above table forms part of these T&Cs and contains details concerning when, who and how to enter; the time, place & method of prize selection; prize details; and who the promoter is and any permit details. Products required to be purchased for entry (if any) will not always be available at every store or via the shop at home service or online store and any rainchecks, lay by purchases or payments will not be counted for entry purposes.
  2. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies, and employees of the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to win the prize.
  3. All prize selection/s are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  4. The winner/s will be notified where possible by mobile and email on the day of the relevant prize selection, as far as practicable within two business days and no more than five business days after the date of the prize selection.  The name of the winners will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page and Instagram page. 
  5. The winner/s consents to their name, town/suburb of residence and a photo being published by the Promoter including, but not limited to, being published on the Promoter’s Internet site, social media pages, in their stores and in marketing material as a condition of acceptance of the prize. Further information will be published only with the permission of the winner.
  6. The prize/s cannot be exchanged for any other prize, and except in the case of cash prizes, cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes comprising gift cards/vouchers are subject to any terms and conditions related to those gift cards/vouchers and might have an expiry date or redemption conditions.
  7. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, including to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  8. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
  9. The Promoter will take all necessary steps to ensure that entries are properly recorded and stored, but will accept no liability if an entry is not recorded or is lost.
  10. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the competition, any omission to enter a person into the competition, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  11. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Entrants completely release Facebook and Instagram.

$100 Monthly Voucher Competition – Terms and Conditions

One $100 Monthly Voucher will be given at random from Facebook poll likes and comments.

Red Dot Stores vouchers are to be used in any Red Dot store and cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. Red Dot Stores does not sell Gift Cards and all issued Gift Vouchers are used for in-store promotional activities.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged (whether in whole or in part) for cash. The value stated on the voucher is expressed inclusive of GST.
Any purchases which exceed the value of the gift voucher will require the holder to pay the difference in price using another form of tender. No change will be given and any remaining balance will remain on the gift voucher to be used in whole or in part against future purchases.

Entrants must reside in Western Australia to be eligible as a winner for the competition.

Winners have 30 days from date of first contact to claim their voucher; otherwise their winnings will be forfeited.

Terms of Product Purchase Online


Where applicable, on selected items on our website you may place an order with Red Dot by selecting products and pressing the “place order” button on the checkout page.

Red Dot reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by us at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order. Orders are deemed accepted by Red Dot upon Red Dot acknowledging such order or failing to reject such order within 14 days. We only accept orders from Western Australia.

Order Click & Collect

We currently only offer Click & Collect for selected items on our website. For orders that are eligible for click & collect you agree that:

  1. Click & Collect orders may not always be available at all our Red Dot branches
  2. Click & Collect orders may not always be available for all products
  3. Collection times for order collections as indicated on our site are estimates only. You will receive a physical and/or electronic communication from us in relation to your click & collect order, including order confirmations & ready for collection notifications.
  4. Orders must be collected within 10 days after “ready for collection confirmation” was sent or communicated. Failure to collect your order may result in your order being cancelled and a refund will be paid to you for the order amount.
  5. You must collect your order from the Red Dot Store selected by you when placing your order.
  6. You must provide our team member a valid photo identification and collection notification (showing the order status) when collecting your order
  7. In the event you are unable to collect your order within the 10 day time frame after ready for collection notification, you can email Red Dot stores ( requesting an extension (please provide your order details when emailing).

Cancellations of an order

Red Dot Stores may cancel any part of an Order for Products (including any Orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

the Products in that Order are not available; or

there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site for the Product; or

your Order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions; or

the Product(s) in that Order have been recalled; or

you fail to collect your Pick Up Order within 10 days after receipt of the ready for collection notification.

Product Availability

Red Dot uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for click & collect from your selected store, and in most cases will notify you where a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. However, you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and Red Dot may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where Red Dot establishes that it is actually unavailable for collection. In such cases we will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product.


We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Visa powered by PayPal.


Return claims (including for replacement products or refunds) are detailed in Red Dot’s Returns Policy. Please refer to this policy to determine your entitlement to a return, and the process that you need to follow.

Returns/Refunds – Framed Prints

Please choose your framed print carefully as we don’t offer simple change of mind refunds as they are custom made for each customer. Return claims (including for replacement products or refunds) are detailed in Red Dot’s Returns Policy. Please refer to this policy to determine your entitlement to a return, and the process that you need to follow.
